Variations
Please remember that all stationery is handmade, and products may vary slightly from those shown in the gallery. Also bear in mind that whilst we have taken every effort to ensure that our images represent the real thing, we recommend that you take advantage of our samples service so that you can appreciate the quality and feel of our stationery before deciding to place a full order. Also some handmade papers may not be available from time to time. This means that alternatives may need to be sourced, but any unplanned alterations will be agreed with you before your order is processed.

Samples
You may order up to three samples from the gallery. Day invitations will be sent as samples. The cost will be £4.00 per sample, however, should you go ahead and place a larger order with us, any money spent on samples will be deducted from the cost.

Chocolate samples are free (one per request).

Ordering
It is usual to send out your invitations to your guests six weeks prior to your wedding. We will endeavour to have all of your stationery dispatched to you in time for this. However, we will need at least four-six weeks to complete any orders. If you are placing your order within 12 weeks of your wedding day please contact us first, either by telephone or email, with details of your requirements.

No information received via our order forms will be passed on to any 3rd party.

Ordering Bespoke Stationery
If you like our style but have something different in mind from those ideas in our gallery, we will be happy to discuss your requirements with you.

Please either email or telephone us with your thoughts.

We have our own foil printing facilities and so are able to create any design, image, symbol or pattern in a wide range of colours, metallic and matt. We can also print the wording on the front of your stationery in just about any font you wish. The cost of designing and creating the printing plates can vary from one commission to the next, however as a rough guide we would typically charge between £10 and £25 in addition to the samples costs - the plates costs will be refunded on subsequent full orders of over £200.

We will create up to three samples to send out to you together with wording options, proposed cost per item and an order form. Bespoke samples are charged at £5.00 per sample which is non-refundable, but will be deducted from the cost of a final order. Should you decide that one of our creations is for you, you will be asked to fill in an order form with your full requirements. Once we receive your order we will make one of each item requested. These will be sent out to you for approval. It will be at this point that any changes must be made. When all items meet with your approval you will be required to sign all items and return them to us as soon as possible. Once we have received your signed proofs work will commence on your full order.

Increasing numbers ordered
Obviously, it helps us enormously if you can ensure that you order the correct quantities with your initial full order. However, we do appreciate that wedding plans can change. Therefore, in order to give you as much flexibility as possible we are happy to receive additional orders to 'tag on' to existing orders. These additional items will be charged at the quoted price where possible, however, please bear in mind that we do not carry much stock, and most stock purchased is to fulfill specific orders. If we have to order additional small quantities after all initial purchases have been made, the postal charges can be disproportionately high. We reserve the right to pass the cost of this postage on to you in addition to the quoted price per item.

Dispatch
All stationery will be carefully packaged so as to limit any problems that may arising during transit. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for any damage sustained during transit (see Post and Packing). Your final order will only be dispatched once the balance has been paid in full and, again, funds have cleared.

Post and Packing
Sample orders will be posted standard first class.

All full orders will be sent by Special Delivery with Royal Mail, which requires a signature to be given at the delivery address.

P & P within the UK is charged at £10.00 on full orders. Orders over £400 have free P & P. Smaller orders may attract a smaller postage fee which will be passed on to you as necessary. Orders to be sent to addresses outside the UK will attract additional postage costs and will be agreed per order.

We will endeavour to send all of your order in one package. However, in the case of orders placed within three months of the wedding date, it may be necessary to prepare your day and evening invitations first and send them out as soon as they are ready. The rest of the order can then be prepared and sent out to you in time for your wedding day.

If you want your order to be covered by insurance please let us know.
If you want your goods transported by another carrier, again, please let us know.

Prices
Please refer to our prices page for full details. We reserve the right to review our prices at any time. Any orders already in place will not be affected by any price changes.

Prices for bespoke stationery will be agreed per project before a final order is placed.

Prices quoted include insert sheets and envelopes where applicable.

Payment
We accept payment by cheque, bank transfer or Paypal. Please indicate which method you prefer.
Please make cheques payable to Pageant Design, and send to 77 Lowergate, Paddock, Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, HD3 4ER, UK.
If you choose to pay by bank transfer or Paypal our account details will be given to you on receipt of your order.

Cancellations
In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your order we will endeavour to refund as much of your deposit as possible. We will deduct the cost of all materials and labour to date, from your deposit and refund the difference, if there is one. In the event that the 50% deposit does not cover all costs incurred by us we reserve the right to bill you for the difference.
