To Order Samples 
Should you wish to see samples of any of the designs shown here on our website, or discuss a new design especially for your big day, please contact us by email, telephone or post (Contact Us), giving your contact details and a brief outline of what you want to chat about.  We will contact you to take discussions further.

To Place a Full Order 
We will provide a full order form with any samples or quotes that we send out to you so that if you decide to place a full order, you have to hand all of the information that we will need from you.  You can either use this paper order form and pop it in the post, alternatively, you can email us or place the order by telephone. Once your order form is received at Pageant Design, together with a 50% deposit, one of each item ordered will be made and sent to you for approval.  It will be at this point that any changes must be made.  When all items meet with your approval you will asked to sign each of them and return them to us as soon as possible.  Once all signed proofs are received by Pageant Design work will commence on your order.  The final payment must be made before the completed order is dispatched.

Cheque payment
If you prefer to pay by cheque please make it payable to 'Pageant Design' and forward it to us at our contact address.

Bank Transfer
If you indicate that this is your preferred payment the relevant bank details will be supplied to you so that you can make your payment.

Paypal
We do have a Paypal account for people who want to make immediate payment. Our Paypal email address is deborah@pageantdesign.co.uk.
